My work explores what women wear and transmit through time. I am interested in the traces left by those who preceded us, what they made possible, the roots they gave us, but also the fragility of certain legacies, the need to preserve them and what still remains to be gained.

My works evoke freedom, memory, the feminine, life and the links that connect us to the world. I explore the tension between momentum and hindrance, between what opens and what holds. Female figures, anonymous or recognized, often appear fragmented, veiled or partially erased, as if their presence or contribution had not always been fully revealed.

I work in mixed techniques, by successive layers of painting, collage, material, image transfer and writing. Transparencies, effacements and traces intertwine the past and the present, like a heritage that transforms without disappearing. It is a contemplative art that invites us to slow down, to dwell on a look, a gesture or a texture and to reflect on what we receive, preserve and transmit in our turn.
